Duties:
- Greeting members and their families as they enter the credit union
- Process member transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Answer phones
- Open New Accounts
- Respond to member inquiries with appropriate information in a timely manner
- Build positive relationships with members
- Educate members on Credit Union products/services
- Communicate with the manager or staff regarding member concerns or questions
- Maintain security by following policies and procedures; verifying account activity; monitoring cash drawer; reconciling transactions
- Assist other departments as needed
- Filing
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic computer skills
- Customer Service, and cash handling experience.
- Detail oriented
- Reliable
- Great personality to fit in with our "staff family" and "member family"
- Ability to work flexible schedule
- Work independently
